Basic Community Economic Development (CED) Training Program , presented by CED Innovations Canada, is held throughout Northwestern Ontario with over 120 participants from across the region. PROGRAM CONTENT: The Basic CED Training Program provides fundamental information for people initiating economic development activity in their communities or regions.
