This report presents an economic evaluation of proposed, integrated granite guarrying and finishing operations, located in Northwestern Ontario. This evaluation is based on a concept developed by the Kenora Granite Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Graniz Mondal Inc. The “Ear Falls Project” has it’s basis in the unique geological potential of the Archean bedrock of the Canadian Shield in Northwestern Ontario.

This report has been commissioned in conjunction with a proposed financing to initiate the development of the Company’s quarrying operations and will include descriptions and assessments of the region with respect to its geology, local resources, and industrial infrastructure. It will also include a preliminary economic model of the integrated quarrying and finishing operations, including market analysis and cash flow projections. It will provide details with respect to the use of proceeds for the proposed financing and provide pro-forma budgets for additional work required to advance the project to fruition.
