The writer was commissioned to locate, study, and evaluate several potential dimension stone quarry sites. These quarry sites in Northwestern Ontario were chosen as near as practical to Wabigoon, Ontario. Four potentially favourable sites were chosen, that at first reconnaissance evaluations, appeared to meet the required favourable aspects of stone quality, attractiveness and marketability.
